ABOUT THIS SEMINAR

Picking your jury is arguably the most important part of a jury trial. I’m a firm believer that if a jury doesn’t like me, they’ll never like my client and in cases where our clients are accused of some of the most serious offenses in our society – being liked is imperative. There are a number of things that I do during jury selection to try to get the jury to like my client and I and also to build relationships with the jurors. This session will discuss some of the tactics that I use as well as discussing ways to build relationships with potential jurors.
